    Tip everything into the air fryer basket and shake to coat in the oil. Roast the veg at 200C for 20 mins, then shake again. Cook for another 10-20 mins until the veg is cooked through.

TIP 

You could also use courgettes, aubergines or cherry tomatoes in this recipe.
